- Conference registration: Your full participation in all aspects of the conference, thus, Plinary, workshops, breakup session etc. are all covered.
- Canadian Visa Support: We will ensure that all necessary and essential documentation is in order for your safe trip to Canada.
- Canadian visa process: We will meticulously handle your visa processing to ensure a smooth entry into Canada.
- Airport Transfer: Special arranged one-way airport transfer, ensuring stress free transition to your hotel for participants arriving on Friday, November 29, 2024.
- 7-Night Hotel Accommodation:We will provide a double occupancy hotel accommodation for 7 nights, thus Friday, November 29 to Thursday, December 5, 2024.
- Feeding:Daily delicious breakfast will be served at your hotel. Lunch and dinner may be served some of the days so that participants may enjoy the flexibility to explore local meals and savor culinary delights at their own pace.
- Travel Insurance:At least, a two (2) weeks travel insurance covering an amount up to $30,000 cover for medical emergencies.
- Flight Itinerary:Your flight itinerary from Accra-Canada-Accra is assured.
- Administrative fee: covering all your guidance through visa acquisition and traveling.
Package exclusions
- Flight (Accra - Canada - Accra): Your flights to and from Canada are not included in the above package. However, we will assist you in purchasing your flight ticket after your visa is granted.
- Ground Transportation: Participants who may not get the closest hotel may bear their own transportation to and from the hotel to the conference venue.
- Richmonton City Tour: Optional city tour to discover the city of Richmonton including visits to historic and famous landmarks and cultural attractions and shopping.
- Hotel Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required upon check in at the hotel.
- Anything Not Mentioned: All expenses or activities which are not mentioned as included in the package inclusion are not covered.
